Pet Policy

Our community has two areas to walk your pets for potty purposes. We are located in a country setting so lots of places for you and your furry friends to go for walks, off property too.

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
Maximum adult weight is 20 pounds.
Pet deposit is $300.
Pets must be on a leash at all times.
Residents must walk pets to the pet areas for bathroom purposes.
Pets can not disturb the rights of other residents.
